What are the Pros of Induction Cooking?

  1. Quick Response – With an induction cooktop, you really get an incredible response time when you’re trying to adjust the heat. This is probably my favorite aspect of induction cooking where with a gas range, there is a bit of delayed response. I can’t count how many times I had to take the pan off a gas range so my food won’t overcook or burn.
