I found this interesting article today about how the restaurant business has been suffering specifically in Dallas. From personal experience, I know that starting a restaurant is not a small start up. With a group of friends, I helped to begin a food truck business and just getting the licence and buying the equipment costs literally thousands of dollars. Ever sneak back into the kitchen of a restaurant, those big powerful cooktops easily run for $10,000 a pop. But thanks to recent development in induction technology, these restauranters are  switched over to induction ranges, which was significantly cheaper and just as powerful as those big commercial wolf cooktops. Just read the news article below about how a Dallas restaurant made some changes and improved their business simply by switching over to induction.
